Schedule 1st appt; a private video link will be sent to you as well as paperwork to complete before appt.
Appts are 50 minutes. First appt will focus on gathering & discussing your background, as well as what is bringing you to therapy.
Schedule a couple of follow-up appts to make sure we are a good fit.
After a few appts, we decide together if it is a good fit and what frequency to meet. Once a week or more is needed. If you would like more in-depth therapy/analysis, two to three times per week is recommended.
Most appts are video only & be easily accessed from your business or home with a computer, tablet or smartphone.
